well i have just got back from weigh in and im so relived that ive lost 0.5 pounds i know its not massive but i didnt go last week due to a birthday weekend that turned into a birthday week lol , anyway i spent all last week and this week playing catch up so the 0.5 is a relief , onto another subject the class was so quite there was about 5 of us , but then i nearly never went because ive got so much on in the next couple of weeks but im glad i went , anyway il stop waffling :) x

Half a pound is good especially when you are recovering from a bad week. I gained a pound last week and would be delighted to lose anything on Monday

My class was dead this week as well, usually I turn up and am queuing for 10-15 mins and instead I walked straight in and got weighed. Absolutely no one in front of me.
