    I see Philadelphia light used in receipes but can't see it as a HeA, is it one on any plan?

    Can u use it as HEA on EE as well? And is it all varieties? Thanks ;-)

    It is not a HEA on ANY plan I'm afraid. Only a HEB and then only on the green plan. On red and EE you would need to syn it but it is very low in syns.

    That's weird I would of definitely thought if any it would of been on HEA side for calcium. Thanks for letting me know because I so love the phily light garlic herb cheese yum :) x

    Philly and other soft cheeses do not have enough calcium in them to count as a HEA but they do have enough protein to be a HEB on a green day. On red and EE you get your protein from meat and fish so you don't need a protein-rich HEB.
