how much can i count for HEA, if at all?


-couldnt find the herby basil one thats counts for a HEA..

its 1.5 for 28g and yes you can have it as a hex but doesnt state how much,just has HE next to it in the book but id presume its more than 28g

right, HE's are usually 6 syns, which would mean id have to eat 112g of it to count as HE if i went on that principle!? :O

well i thought that too but going on that theory the weetabix oaty bars are 3.5 yet you can only have 1 as a hex so doesnt actually work that way,but i did think the same as you,do you attend a class maybe its worth asking before yo eat all that or just syn it till ya sure.you can ring sw like i did yesterday i cant ring again cause its 60p per min and my husband will wonder what im up to with these calls lol

Ive never seen Philly listed as a Hex anywhere.

It doesnt in mine And its not listed as a HE in the SW book or the SW site
