right ok i think i have got myself in a right mucking fuddle!

i know you will all help me and put me straight~
so Philadelphia light ive been having 85g as a healthy extra and just found out its only extra light is this right? :cry:
also thats its only a healthy extra on green? is this right as i have it on red as well!

i cant get my head round EE it seems too good to be true and knowing my luck ill put weight on, i stick to red, green and mix to max i do that quite a lot actually.
do either of you do EE? i would like to try it as it seems so easy! thanks again for your response'!

I do a mixture of red and EE days. In the week while I am at work I do red days as I find it controls my carb intake and I have good loses but when I fancy a more flexible day I do EE.

It makes a nice change when all you want is spaghetti bolognaise without having to weigh the spaghetti!! :p
