Philly Light Healthy Extra A??

I know philly extra light is a HEXB on a green day or EE, and you can have 100g. I had 100g stirred into pasta with loads of veg last week.
 
Philadelphia is not a HEA on any plan, only a HEB and then only on the green plan. The amount you can have depends on whether it is original, light (71g) or extra light (100g). If not having it as a HEB then it needs to be synned but it is not very high in syns - the light stuff is only 2 syns per 28g.
 
It is a HEB on green for it's protein content. On EE you get protein from lean meat and fish so do not need cheese as a HEB. Soft cheese does not have enough calcium to count as a HEA on any plan.
 
can i just ask does this mean extra light philly with the diff flavours like garlic and herb?? xxxx
 
The extra light only comes in plain, it is the light version that comes with flavours. The amounts quoted are for any variety.
