Picking on bits and bobs

    Hey all just wanted to know if anyone does this? I have my whole day planned out as to what am going to eat but then I have this bad habit of picking on food that's not within my daily points, So I eat all my points and probably lil more during the day how can I stop this?

    i dont plan at all,,so if i pick on something i work it into my points,,so if you pick then something you planned my need to be cut out till another day:)

    Yeah I do the same, I dont plan and then I just fit it in, the problem I have is that I keep ending up with loads of points left over at the end of the day which isnt particularly good either.

    O I wish I had points left over lolll no chance. Yeah I think I will try not to plan religiously and eat as the day goes by xx
