Hi, Am a newbie on the site and am on day 3 of SS + 1 with skimmed milk. Have been soooo grumpy all day (especially at tea time!:sigh and my husband now is avoiding me. Hope to feel better tomorrow. I read on one of the threads how adding the 200mls of skimmed milk might knock some carb sensitive people off ketosis and now am worried i might be one of them!. I was also wondering if any of you experienced Cambridgers know if when it says your 200kal meal can include pickled cabbage - does that also include shop bought stuff (red pickled cabbage)as i notice there is some sugar in it? I never thought i would ever drool over red cabbage!!!. I guess it's all part of this crazy few days i've been having!!
