Well... They do taste just a teeny bit processed..., but I like them! And when you're really hungry they hit the spot quickly to stop you reaching for the biscuits. Let me know what you think!!

I second that......add in 8 olives (1 Syn) & a perfect snackette!

Yum! Or jacket potato with rf cheddar, pineapple chunks, pickled onions, ham and 8 olives - and a salad - yum!
