    Hi

I am going for a picnic with my nieces tomorrow and not sure what items I could take for it that are Atkins friendly?

I am on day 5 today. Not sure how long I should stay on induction for actually as I don't have that much to lose.

    Thank you xx

I love picnics. Sausages, cold cuts, crustless quiches, cheese & olive on cocktail sticks, chicken drumsticks in peanut butter coating, chicken tikka or tandoori, braised belly of pork, beef carpaccio, smoked salmon with sour cream dip... I could go on and on as I think low carb is great for open air eating!

ooh yummy! lots of nice things! the philli rolls, is that just cream cheese wrapped in smoked salmon or ham etc???

and crustless quiche... divvy question (i never eat or make quiches as a rule) do you just make the inners and put it in a dish in the oven rather than pour into a pastry case?

Love the sound of cheese and olive sticks too! xxx
