My food today was definitely comfort food,,,but all within syns and main meals were all free and speed so I'm happy with that. I made the SW fruit loaf and it was really nice. I've frozen half in portions so that I don't eat it all at once.

It lasted me several days and I will make it again tomorrow as it was really nice. I'll freeze it in individual portions again. It was actually really nice warmed up in the microwave.

I forgot to update last week. I lost 3lbs which I was very happy about. Weigh in again tomorrow and I've been 100% on plan but I'm still stressing about whether I've lost this week. I usually have a bad loss on week 3 no matter what diet so I'm fully expecting that tomorrow. I really am loving the food I'm having though and I feel like this is definitely sustainable. Well...I was doing really well until I got sick 3 weeks before Christmas...4 weeks of being too weak to cook and ordering takeaways and I'm back where I started. So...I'm calling this a Restart and doing my best to ignore the past. I was really discouraged this morning because I actually got back on plan last week and ended gaining 1lb but I ran out of my blood pressure medication and have been retaining water badly.I got my prescription refilled today so hopefully the water retention will go away.
I booked my flight to South Korea for October so I have 40 weeks to lose weight.
Going to reset my tickers as it's depressing seeing the old ones LOL

haha yes...I miiiiiiiiight have met someone there .....LOL

Ahhh Blubell, I've just read your entire thread in one evening. I feel like I know you lol.

Please keep us updated on how you get on - I think I'm now as invested in your weightloss as I am my own. I've experienced so many emotions reading your posts, and now I'm really rooting for you!

I've been out of the dieting world for a while, on day 3 and desperately trying not to let it consume me so I become obsessed like I used to! Think it's why I enjoyed reading your posts as then I'm not thinking about my own diet lol
