Well i'm caught up on this thread now. Just realised that your all on slimming world. I wont hold it against you:rolleyes: only kidding lol.

Lots of good motivation and support. I always loved slimming world and had amazing losses on it but when i rejoined last time it seemed to have lost its way a little. Too many new rules and bits had been added that i couldn't follow it easily.

If it was to go back to basics i'd be in.

Love the recipes though and i'm using them too. Will definalty add the pizza to my arsenal now ta hun

Lol! Pitta pizza is delish! Sooo delish that I'm sad I've already used up my hex's at breakfast and can't have it again for lunch today!! Lol!

A mini jacket pot with beans and salad I think for lunch today instead! And chilli for dinner, with my good old spicy wedges, rice and a side salad!

Going for no syns at all today ... wish me luck!

What you all indulging in for lunch dinner?

I am following last years book as doing from home this time round so its not as up to date as others on here but it clearly worked for a lot of people before so I'm ok with that! What diet are you following?

Hi babycake, chips here. Sounds identical to my WW experience. Why they revamped a winning formula is beyond me. Must have lost them many 1000s of oldies and £s. If you have only known ProPoints and their current range of food, you wouldn't know how simple old points were and how good the food was in the good old days  Hey Ho.

Poppykins, shouldn't you be on your way to weigh in ? chips xx

Currently Calorie counting waiting for pay day. At that point i might go back on a VLCD meal replacement. I have some big hosiptal stuff coming up :( and i know that it will all be 'well if you lost some weight your symptoms would be better'.

AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I've had my problem since i was a kid (underweight kid at that) yes weight does make it worse, so does carrying kids, child birth!!!! but they dont say Never Have Kids!!!!!!

Its also a catch 22. If it doesnt get fixed i cant exercise, i cant exercise until its fixed!!!!!!

I cant walk more then 100 yards without having an accident :(:( Its sooo emabarrasing

I had surgery last december. The consultant said that i should get at least 9 months relief. I got 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry Rant Over!!! Positive Positive Positive

xx

Hi Polly love - have a fab WI, I think it will be much better than you expect xxx

I'm another ex-SW'er, lost my way on it really so so delighted that it's working for you all (that pitta pizza sounds lush!) - I'm grooving along on calorie counting and very happy with it, so much flexibility :)

But however we do it, good luck to us all :D

I think I'm going to be a calorie counter once I've achieved my goals with SW, once I get in the habit of eating healthy I'm sure it'll be loads easier for me :)

And honestly, I don't think I can 'big up' pitta pizza enough! I want it now!! Lol!

I think so but not sure if it was on Poppy's thread!

So here goes,

pre heat oven to 200, place your Weight Watchers whole meal pitta on a baking tray, spread teaspoon of tomato purée on top, sprinkle oregano over puree, top with veggies of your choice, (my fav is mushroom, peppers, plum tomatoes) can add cooked chicken as well to mix it up, then sprinkle cheese on top and cook until cheese has melted, de-bloody-licious!!
