Step2 810kcal Pipsqueaks diary

Good afternoon
So I’m on day 4 of the step 2 plan which includes 3 shakes & a 200kcal meal,
My start weight was 14st 4.5 and at 5ft you could say I’m a proper chunky monkey
I really want that to change for my health, my marriage and my family.
I’ve always been overweight but since I had my daughter it’s escalted
So I’m on my way, first one is Friday and it can’t come quick enough not cuz I’m hungry but I’m so desperate to lose weight I can’t wait to see what the scales say
And on a final note my house is full of Easter eggs and I haven’t had even the tiniest piece

Hi Pips. How's it going. I am on day 14 and have my 2nd weigh in tonight. First weigh in I lost -6Ilbs on sole source. My start weight was 14st 11Ilbs and want to get to 9stone by the end of September as I have a wedding to go to in Canada. Hope you didn't have any easter eggs. Let me know how your getting on as we can motivate each other.
