Pistachios?

Hi guys I’m doing slimming world at home so don’t have the app. I’m getting conflicting info on how many Syns are in pistachio nuts. I had 10 earlier which weighed in their shells 10g...can you tell me how many Syns these are please? Thanks

according to the app 25g (shelled) is 7.5 syns, or 40 actual nuts, shelled (counted out not weighed) are 7 syns (or a b choice healthy extra).
