    Hi All,

I have only lost 0.5lbs this week, but I am not too disheartened because I only switched to WW about 5 days ago, and before that I had a the flu and was a bit naughty.....
Anyway, I am loving WW and find it much more flexible than SW....can eat out, have takeaway stuff etc.....So at least it was not a gain....:)
How many points is a wholemeal Pitta Bread.??? I have been counting as two, is this right?

Also the crustless bread..is it still 0.5 per slice if it is white bread? Only I couldn't get the 50/50 at the shop!

thanks all, hope everyone elses weight loss is going faster than mine!!

    xx

If you can get me the nutritional info - calories and sat. fat per portion I'd be able to tell you more accurately but to be hones 2 points per pitta sounds about right.

I know that Tesco mini wholemeal pittas are 1 1/2 points each.

Well done on the 0.5lbs off - a loss is a loss, maybe you'll have a better result next week!
