    Probably a dumn question but I see from the threads that a lot of people have pitta - can you use it as a HEB or do you have to syn it? And if you syn it how many syns do you use? :confused:

    The Asda wholemeal pitta's (55g) are a hexb. I think I've read that the Co-op ones are too but I'm not 100% on that.

    The co-op wholemeal pittas and the Asda wholemeal pittas can be used as a HEB, all others have to be synned.

    I have just checked on the SW website and both Asda and Co-op wholemeal pittas a one hex b choice.

    Thanks guys! Just sent hubby out shopping - wish i'd put some WM Pitta on now! - may have to send him out again when he gets back! lol

    One Asda or CoOp wholemeal Pitta is a HxB.
    Or synned at 1syn per 20cals

    wholemeal, 28g 3.5 on all plans, mini white pitta 3,5 on all plans and a 60g standard white pitta 7.5 on all plans hth :D
