Roasted veg couscous and a big portion of steamed broccoli. We have that with loads of things recently. Any couscous left over can be for you lunch the next day! Enjoy

I usually boil up some pasta and top with a bit more of the 'pizza' sauce, served with salad to make sure I'm getting my 1/3 SF xx

We ended up having it last night too and had it with baked potato and salad! I like the idea of making pasta and using some of the sauce as a pasta sauce, I've never thought of that. There was LOADS of sauce last night too, very juicy tomatoes!
