    Take care with drinking too much fizzy water, any fizzy drink has phosphourous in it which can reduce the absorption of calcium. It's something the jury's out on if you look at the research for a healthy adult but given the fact that our renal system is working hard at the moment it's something I wouldn't drink 2 litres of a day!

    I only drink it when im out :) drink normal plain water during the day 4 litres of normal so think im ok but thanks xxxx
