Planned my BBQ menu

Ok so I've been working this out all night, I am having a BBQ saturday for my b'day, and wanted to make it SW friendly. I wondered if you could have a look and let me know what you think with regards to me not blowing the day (although i'm planning to flexi syn anyway in case I want a drink). I do EE.

Joes sausages/burgers
chicken thighs (will remove skin after it's cooked)
tomato & basil cold pasta (home made)
home made garlic and mushroom cous cous (made from plain cous cous, and stock with garlic and mushrooms added)
home made coleslaw, made with carrots, cabbage & onion with FF fromage frais, extra light salad cream and mustard powder)
potato salad (with lighter than light mayo and gherkins)
syn free quiche (one vegetarian and one with bacon)
chicken, pinapple, mushroom & onion kebabs
3 types of salad (sweet & crunchy, leaf salad and rocket) with baby plum tomatoes, cucumber, and spring onion
corn on the cob
syn free ice cream

Obviously I won't be eating it all, as we have 14 people coming, but I like the idea that I can eat any of it.
