Pleasant surprise :-)

It's my first day of CD today, so far I have had 1 shake (strawberry). It was a lot nicer than I expected, tasted a bit like a yazoo milkshake :eat:

I have to admit it's a little bit harder than I thought, i'm not hungry at all but i'm home with baby today and everytime I go into the kitchen I keep going to have a look in the fridge for a snack :eatdrink051: This is completely out of habit though.

I have drunk around 1 ltr of water so far so need to get a bit more down I think!

How's everyone elses day going?

Strawberry shakes are nice and I love fruits of forest although I have to have my shakes Hot.

CD is hard but soooo much harder the 2nd time around:eek:

Glad it isn't too bad for you hun!
I haven't tried the strawberry yet. Had butterscotch today that I split into 2. Going to have brocolli & cheese for lunch in about 30 mins.
I have been having the shakes warm too!

I can't imagine having the shakes warm lol, I think I may have a try tomorrow though. Gonna have a soup for lunch. Not decided which flavour though.. hmmmm

I would invest in a smoothie maker, then add ice to your shakes, all the lumps will disappear and they will be lovely and cold and yummy :)

the strawberry and banana are both really nice, and just like the milkshakes you buy at the corner shops!

they are the only 2 i drink, oh and choc mint as a hot choc. love my chick and mush soup too.

it is so nice when you find some you really like and look forward to having, makes CD a lot easier!!!

make sure you try all the shakes and soups some of them you will love everyone is different. Im back on cd (2nd day) after my holiday finding it very hard this time. 1st time was a breeze..

Strawberry shakes & choc tetra's are my fave's!! don't have anything else now.

I wish I never had AAM week tho as i haven't stopped picking since. Trying to stick to 100% SS again but have failed miserably :(

Ah well still coming off, but much slower than i hoped

def agree with funella, avoid aamw if you can!
peeps say it is easy 1st time round and so much harder if you fail and need to get back into it.

you can now do SS for 12 weeks without aamw so if you can i would recommend this...
i had to abandon both my aamw's as i was so scared of losing control after the 1st meals. in my 2nd aamw i chose to have one 'normal' meal (spag bol minus the pasta and some salad) then went back to SS. this worked for me!
