Pleasantly surprised

I rejoined SW today having not been since April and was REALLY shocked to find I weight 0.5lb less than the last time I went. I was SURE I would have put tons on!!!

I work at a school and last Friday had to have a photo taken so I even have a 'before' photo ready

I can only think all the worry about our damp flat, finding a new place etc etc has worried the lbs off!! We are moving next Friday so lots of packing and up and down stairs etc (we live on the 3rd floor of a Victorian house. moving to 1st floor) so lots of exercise over the next week or so x
