Pleasantly Surprised

    Well, after a big meal out Saturday I still lost 2.5lb on Monday weigh in which I was pleased about.

    This week was going ok until I had dominoes last night :cry:. I worked 9am-8pm and then I was up the hospital with OH again until half 10 and I hadn't eaten since 12pm that afternoon so we just ordered pizza.

    I've been back on it today, but I'm so stressed and exhausted at the moment I'm craving chocolate which is so unlike me. With Oh being so ill for 7 weeks, numerous trips to emergency clinics, dr's and hospitals, work being pants and then OH being up the hospital again it's all taking it's toll.

    I'm sat in work today and I just don't want to be here at all, I just want to go home and sleep.

    I won't let feeling like this control my eating and I really am trying to make sure that doesn't happen - I made scrambled eggs no milk or butter for breakfast and had a salad with low fat vinegarette for lunch, dinner I'll see later as we have nothing in the freezer but I might do pasta and make a sauce from some Quark or something.

    I feel so :cry::cry::cry::cry: at the moment.

    All this stress is bound to make the plan go out the window at times. Cut yourself some slack. You're only human.

    You're keeping with the plan more than many who haven't the stress. So well done :)
