A MASSIVE kick up the bum!!!

I dont know whats been up with me the last 2 weeks but i havent stopped eating random *****!
I have decided to abstain from all crisps and chocolate for lent ( so tomorrow is D day) and i have another 6 weeks till im back at the specialist and i REALLY want to have made a dent in the stone i need to lose ASAP...... i need to get back in the zone, but i think as im at home on my own all day by myself i just pick at anything ad everything........im still in the gym every morning burning around 800 cals but by midday im showered and wandering what to do next to keep myself occupied!

I need to get back to the shake/snack/meal combo i was on before of around 1700 cals......

I just need a big kick up the bum please...

Hi thts like me i stick to 1350 cals a day.but i had one shake yesterday none today.had a weight watchers meal for lunch instead of the shake then cereal.for breakfast and my dinner.just under 1200 but i feel as if i want lose weight if i dnt get back on the shakes.can anyone give me advice on wht they have daily for snacks and stuff thank you.i do a hour and half walk every day with the dog which is about 180 cals burnt.x
 
i found that if i stuck to the reccomended 1400 cals i didnt lose as i wasnt eating enough as i burn so much at the gym every morning which is why i increased to 1700 cals - i then started seeing a loss.

The SF plan is

2 shakes,
3 snacks
1 meal ( 600 cals)
2 litres of water/ sf squash

so you are consuming around 1400 cals and eating every 3 hours, really you should try to stick to this as much as possible - if you look at the stickies at the top of the SF forum there is a thread for 100 cals snacks and theres LOADS of ideas on there.....i tend to try to stick to fruit, popcorn, crisps ( not from tomorrow tho!) 1 weetabix & 90ml milk, cup a soup ( 0 cals ish).....xx

Thanks i was doing tht but some days i get bored.how much weight are you loseing a week?xx
 
i was losing about 1.5 a week on average which is a rate im happywith as its more likely to stay off.......what about changing your snacks, having your 'meal' in theday instead of the evening, havea snack to startthe day instead of a shake so your day goes : snack, shake, meal, shake, snack, shake, snack ??

i just think we have to shake it up a bit if we start getting bored.....i just completly lost interest and ate the contents of my kitchen! nut as of tomorrow its day1 of lent, so bring on the shakes and NO CRISPS or CHOCS!!!!
 
Know how you feel with this. I gave up for half of last week and basically stuffed my face. Luckily i realised yesterday and got back on plan. Lost a lb in todays WI so am very lucky really.

Get your head back on the plan and youll be back busting the fat in no time :)
 
Hey Loser, im back in the zone 100% - doing 1700 cals a day, with at least one of those being a shake ( depends on the hunger levels!!)
just need to stay focused - day one with no crisps of chocolate!!! done.
