Hi, had chicken szechuan from the Chinese last night and cannot find the Syn value anywhere! I thought I had seen that it was 5 and a half but can't remember where I saw it. It had very little sauce but loads of lean chicken, peppers, beansprouts, onions and lots of chillis, along with boiled rice. Really not sure now can someone help?
