I'm doing Green days all the time, I'm not a big meat eater so this suits me fine.

The one thing I'm having an argument with my mum about is the healthy extra's.

Can I still used 2 healthy Extra A's? and can they be the same thing? like 2 HEA of milk or 2 HEA or cheese?

She's convinced it's only one allowed now but before when I did it, I was allowed 2..

Suppose you could but personally I couldn't manage that amount in one day (4 x 42g of reduced fat cheddar = 168g - or about 7oz in old money!).
