Please help - Started WW this week and ate a Roast today!

Hi all,

I wonder if you can help me.

I had a roast dinner today which consisted of:

Pork
Apple sauce
Carrotts
Peas and sweetcorn (small amount)
A few bites of pork scratching
Gravy
Roast potatoes (2 and a half)

I don't suppose anyone can help me add up how many points this is, I'm really struggling and I don't find the new WW books very useful in comparrison to the ones a few years back lol.

Many thanks in advance, my next posts wont be so rushed (my bf's making me hurry on his laptop lol)

Oh and ignore my signature and stuff, as you can prob see its from ages ago (and I'm even heavier than when I planned on doing Cambridge Diet then lol) x

Hi,

I'll try and help!

The Pork crackling is 3 points per portion

The pork - on the WW site it only has lean roast pork, but that's 1 point per medium slice

The Veg is 0 points :)

The roasties are 1.5 per small one

apple sauce is 0.5 for 2 tbls

Not sure on gravy - depends what make it was... but it was probably around .5

So- not tooo bad - hope you enjoyed it :)
