Please help - unsure how to syn my flavoured porridge?

S: 11st9.5lb C: 11st2lb G: 10st0lb Loss: 0st7.5lb(4.59%)

Hi, I would love some help with this if possible as I am not sure how to syn it.
This morning for breakfast I had to have Quakers Apple and Blueberry sachet of porridge. Now when I look up the SYN value it is 7. Does any of it count as a HEX or do I have to use the full 7 syns? In that case, am I still free to have my HEX today?
I hope this makes sense.

Yup, it would need to be Synned at 7 Syns. Meaning you've had 7 Syns, rather than a Healthy Extra - so yes, you still have your Healthy Extra to use.
