I done Lipotrim to start with and I find the exante shakes loads nicer. I can't say they make me feel fuller tho that's much about the same.
I didnt like the soups and I haven't tried the bars but I think theyre down to personal taste.
I'd recommend exante shakes over lipotrim any day :) xx

Hi there, I did a week of lipotrim and found it disgusting. Switched To exante and it's much better and cheaper if u order a months supply, would definitely recommend it. Good luck

I have never tried lipotrim but exante shakes are lovely I find they fill me up ok once I've got used to it. It's also a lot cheaper to, the bumper pack works out a 100 pound a month.

    Welcome to Exante SkinnyOne. :D
I have found it pretty easy to follow, and like you I had problems with WW and after a while wasn't losing very much. Exante Total Solution is a great way to kick start your weight loss, and you can always move to Working Solution when you are ready.

As others have said it's down to personal taste. The Exante shakes are not as sweet as other brands, but they seem to have more natural flavours. I have the vanilla, chocolate and banana shakes hot with a tablet sweetener and a shake of cinnamon. The strawberry one I make into a smoothie with lots of ice.

Because I get really hungry sometimes, and I am not over fussed on the soups as they are, I always pad them out with loads of boiling water and a good splash of Encona Hot Pepper Sauce (58p for 142ml at Tesco). Others use Tabasco, but I find it tastes a bit musty.

I love the bars, and I wasn't keen on CD or LL bars. Only one bar allowed per day and you can eat them from the beginning, unlike some other VLCD plans.

You need to drink at least 2-3 litres of water per day.

There's an excellent thread started by Rachel (aka Cybill) and added to by others which you might find useful. http://www.minimins.com/exante/189296-exante-faqs.html
