I am going away for the weekend and I am going to be making lasagne, I wont be able to make my own white sauce due to time restrictions so does anybody know of any low syn packet ones?

if you go to the 'free from' aisle in some shops you can get vegan cheese sauce in a little tub thats syn free except for if you use milk that needs to be synned

Colmans cheese sauce ain't too bad, think it is about 4 to 5 syns for the pack if yiu wanted to use milk as HEA choice x
