I usually follow green but have started to follow EE, and I'm stuck. Can I just eat fish alone for snacks or just as part of a 1/3 portion.
Also, I know about the 1/3 rule for meals, but can I just have fish and veg or do I need to have carbs if I have fish? And vice versa?
