I joined last month and was inspired into starting the Cambridge diet....but what my problem is is it won't let me go into my own profile to edit anything or put on my progress like weightloss. I have emailed but no response. Can anybody help me please???

Have you pressed 'Usercp' at the top of the page in the blue area. That allows you to change your profile etc. xxx

You cant do some things until you have posted 20 or 50 times? You should be able to alter your details though??? Like wannabelovely says, thats under 'user cp' near the top of your screen. Sorry cant help more.

Hi you need a few more posts to get your post count up to get a ticker and avatar pic etc. In that case post on the word threads a few times, even if replying to yourself, post on threads even if its to wish people good luck etc,

To change your details go to

User CP
Your Control Panel (on left hand side)
Then "Edit Details"

This should let you change your weight and status etc
