im in the middle of my second week on 1000 plan and the scales haven,t budged!! (l tell a lie l have lost and regained a 1lb since last Monday week) feeling very frustrated and worried has this happened to anyone else ? lm worried now that l will regain my weighloss eating very little

I would tell you to actually contact your cdc, ring or email or text, just so you get the correct advice, but mine told me last week cos the first week i drank to much water, that last week i am now carry water retention, so maybe you are just holding water, hence the 1lb off and 1lb on, but check with your cdc.

if youve just come out of ketosis your glycogen stores will refill. if you do this by having a blow out you often see around a 4 - 5lb gain on the scales but as your on the 1000cals plan your still losing as they fill up again iyswim so hang in there and the pounds will start dropping again once your bodys in balance and knows whats going on
