Hi all,
Im new to weight watchers, recently lost 3 stone in slimming world and have done weight watchers before about 5 years ago.
I started again yesterday and im starving
) ive been eating a lot of the meals, tesco light choices and ww meals etc and im eating my points so quickly ive nothing really left after dinner.
Cant afford classes so ive bought an app on my phone that allows me to scan and search all food products or work out points but i could really do with some help.
Ive managed to get a list of all "propoints free" food and ive printed it off but i have no idea about the basic foods which is why im eating ready meals.
Can anyone point me in the right direct for the basics? Should i go to another section or do you know what i should search for? Id like to know about meats, pasta, potatoes, rice etc. how much you get for how many points. Ive been reading around the site the last 2 days and am picking some stuff up but was hoping there was a newbie section somewhere?
