I don't mind helping out fellow slimmers by finding out syn values but would find it extremely useful if requests could have a keyword in the title.

I'm sure this would make searching for an item easier too.

it would also save time if members post the full nutritional information as given on the packets etc when requesting lookups, as not everything is listed on syns online.
