    Today I've had...
    BF was grapes and apple ( struggled with breakfast today)

    L was salad with bacon,boiled egg and pickled onions followed by frozen cherries with mullerlight!and alpine light crumbled on top

    T is going to be salad with fry light roast potato's, tunasteak, salmon and king prawns with 1 tablespoon Mayo mixed with fat free natural yogurt! (5 syns)

    A choice was milk
    B choice was 1/2 slice of wm bread and 1 alpen light
    Syns so far are Mayo (5)

    I'm on extra easy is this all ok!
