Well lost 7.5lbs in the first week on SS+.
I want to get of the 12lbs rebound I had, and maybe a bit more, so that is a cracking start.
I really want to get back into the 10's and settle around the 10st 4lb mark and see how I feel. I don't mind SS-ing into the tens and then lose a bit more slowly. I guess I will take it week by week, but it hasn't been too bad this week. I am having the kitchen ripped out so it really helps that my dinner only takes 30 seconds to blend rather than an hour in the oven.
Rest of family are living off soups and jacket potatoes etc. at the moment. I can deal with that.
