Pleased with WI 1

    Well lost 7.5lbs in the first week on SS+.

    I want to get of the 12lbs rebound I had, and maybe a bit more, so that is a cracking start. :D

    I really want to get back into the 10's and settle around the 10st 4lb mark and see how I feel. I don't mind SS-ing into the tens and then lose a bit more slowly. I guess I will take it week by week, but it hasn't been too bad this week. I am having the kitchen ripped out so it really helps that my dinner only takes 30 seconds to blend rather than an hour in the oven. ;)

    Rest of family are living off soups and jacket potatoes etc. at the moment. I can deal with that.
