Pls would someone work the syns out for me?

Hi, sorry to keep asking syn questions but I haven't yet been able to join and get a log in. I didn't have time to make lunch this morning so I had to go to m&s pls can someone tell me the syns in:

M&S sushi snack pack...the bigger of the two small packs...

And m&s noodle salad with sweet chilli chicken...it was the best of a bad bunch of choices...all the salads were gone as it's such a sunny day!

Using noodles and chicken as free food (I'm assuming you are on Extra Easy) that comes up as 4.5 syns on the calculator

So not too bad for a grab and go option

you need to post the nutritional information and the weight given for the nutritional information which is on the packet for a syn value to be given.
