would someone work these syns out for me please

hi all i am trying to work out the syns for this cheese sauce but my mind isnt working today!!

colmans four cheese sauce

serves 4

each 85ml contains 82 calories, need to add 300 ml milk to the mix

i wouldnt be using my hxa milk because this is for a fish pie for all the family (4 of us )

can you help me,,really want fish pie for tea.. .need some comfort food!!

would make my own sauce but i cant find any fromage frais anywere

It works out at roughly 1 syn per 20 calories. I'd think for a quarter of the pie you'd be looking at roughly 4 syns (though might be best to call it 5 to be safe) assuming that the rest is made with free or superfree. Hope this helps x
