Super, so could have an omlette and a bag of the micro frozen veg? I have poached eggs on brown bread (HEB) with beans for brekky and fear im goin to start clucking with the amounts of eggs im eating lol xx
Yes its important to fit 1/3 superfree into every meal. To be honest I don't manage it EVERY single time but I do try. If I struggle I just have fruit after a meal.
