Brief history: I lost 31lbs Jul-Dec 2012 getting down to roughly 9st I then regained 22lbs during the course of 2013. Restarted jan 2014 weighing 10st 6lbs and have lost 7lbs so far so its coming off at just over a lb a wk which I'm happy with :)

Hang in there! I'm sure it will shift eventually! Not sure how many calories you're aiming to eat each day but maybe your body has gotten used to the low cals? Sometimes having a bit more can help get out of a plateau. Are you taking measurements as well?
