Well I am trying to be good today,

I had spagetthi on toast how many points is a tin of spag hoops and also bread was 114 cals and 1.2g of fat?

How many points is Highlights hot choc?

And 40 cals and 1.2g of fat?

Highlights is 1 point for a sachet - so if you've got the jar it must be 1 for a serving

and 40, 1.2 is 1 point

Not sure how much is in spag hoops. Was it a big tin or a wee tin.

I LOVE Spaghetti on toast. WW stuff is great, the small tin is only 1.5
