Points or Core Plan (No Count)

    Hi All

    Im starting ww once again 2 moz but dont know if to do points or core plan.
    Did points before and lost around 3 stone, many moons ago.
    Tryed to count points on my own but only do it half the week. so im going back.
    dont know if to try core plan any info would be great

    I think core is more like SW, but alot more difficult as you can only snack on veg and fruities.

    But at least you have two diets to chose from. I prefer the points, at least then if I am naughty i can count it and move on.

    I'm sure that both plans are great, it really just depends on your eating habits. I personally would find Core really hard, but that's because I am a snack addict, lol. I snack non stop all day, so really points is the easiest for me. But for someone who tends to stick to 3 meals a day, the core plan would probably be ideal.
