finding my way again !
i have recently fallen in love with Iceland Medeteranian Vegetables. As i am starting WW today was thinking about how they would fit in with the plan ( thought they might be nice as a soup)
here's the info on them
Courgettes '/c basil sauce 25%
Yellow & Red Peppers 23%
Onions 22%
Tomatoes 17%
Aubergines 13%
(courgette '/c basil sauce = courgettes 88 %, sunflower oil, olive oil, basil, garlic & black pepper)
Per 100g
Cals 50, SF 0.3
as the oils are only 12% of 25% of the whole lot (about 3% of the total) would you point it or class it as free veg
Hope someone can help me, if not i'll take it with me to class tonight.
