good evening folks, my 1st post on here, i too have been tryin mi hand on the sw diet but a year or so, im ready for a change.

Anyways the question i have is this, if ive got it right ww is all about points using the points finder/tracker.

using this app, we simply look at the cals and the sats to find the points? but dont we have to take into account the sugar content aswel or not?

no, just the calories and saturated fat. you find if a food item has high sugar, this is usually reflected in the calories anyway x
