dont think i was aware of having a weight problem til my teens, when my mum nicknamed me thunderthighs-lovely eh?-think thats when i started the diet/gain spiral and been fighting since. really do want to beat it now, get off the roundabout

My mum never called me names but a junior school, she kindly arranged for me to have a 'diet' school dinner courtesy of a doctors note to back her up! You can just imagine the teasing that came from all the other kids - talk about stick out like a sore thumb!

Unfortunately i come from a family of gain/diet/gain/diet - both my parents on ww at the moment - think its time i broke this circle

Hey, I got my slidey calc in 2007 so not sure if it's changed, but it says somewhere on there if there is no sat. fat info then half the fat.
