Finally a size 12!
Ok as u all know im braving it and going swimmin!!! However was going to have a no carb dinner instead of my usual bar to give me a tad more energy. What can i eat??? Or will the bar be enough????
 
Not sure tbh but i'd be inclined to go with the bar - contains carbs for instant energy which i think would be beneficial and also protein for sustained energy release.

I have done quite a lot of swimming on SS and been fine. You might be hungry (starving) afterwards so try to keep something back to have then - half a bar maybe?
 
Yeah ill go with the bar and if i feel peckish after ill have a celery stick
 
Oooh yes good point Mrs B - i forgot about that strange effect swimming has lol. Wonder why that is?
 
mmmmm must be either the energy or water maybe???? would celery be ok?
