Poo question...

    Ok, how many days do you have to go before you are considered constipated?

    I did not poo yesterday, but could that be I am just not eating enough? I used to go everyday before the diet so I dont know what to think that I missed a day.:rolleyes:

    Hi Yeah
    What plan are you on??
    If you dont drink enough water you cant go as your body is going to take the water from everywhere in your body to survive and if your not drinking enough it will take it from your stools so that will be impossible to go?
    If your on a VLCD then you will go less I sometimes go everyday or once every 3-4 days?(Sorry tmi )

    I am SSing and drinking about 4.5 l of water a day.
    Do most people go everyday?

    Yep. I never used to though. I think my body has got used to it. Also my best friend in the whole world Psyllium Husks helepd of course. :D

    Not every day now, maybe every 2 or 3, do you use fibre 89 or psillium husks??

    Think its impossible to go every day as we do not have enough waste.

    If its 5 or six days then you may require some help!

    Give it about 1/2 more days .... although I think constipation is subjective.

    Ive never had to use any thing to help me but I suffer from IBS and had bad problems there before LL,maybe you need to up your water or use something like cah is??

    If I drink 5-6 litres of water a day I go everyday,even if its a tiny bit?

    I used to drink about 8 - 10 litres a day and was ok.

    The great poo debate - gotta love it. :D

    Whilst SSing i could go 2 or 3 days without going for a number 2. Then when i did it was hardly anything to write home about!! If you feel bloated or uncomfortable then thats more of a sign so get yourself some P Husks of fibre 89.

    Hi there ..... just as a totally O/T question...

    "Reputations"

    1) what are they for?
    2) how much is one reputation worth?
    3) what is the difference between a green and blue reputation? The reason I ask is because I recieved a blue reputation here. Does it mean I'm a very special person? :) (I'm hoping)
    4) How does one know who has bestowed a reputation?

    Reputation is what other members give you. If you look at a post, you will see a scale under the posters name (I think that is right and cant see it in posting mode) If you agree with would someone said or if they made you laugh or helped you, you can add to their reputation. You click on the scale and leave a comment. The receiver will get a note with the comment you left and the thread you got reputation points for. I am not sure about blue rep nor do I know how to check who sent it to you. Some people like using rep, some dont. On other forums getting reputation points is very important and members take it way too seriously!:rolleyes: People can get a little competitive on who has the most rep. points--mostly boys I must add!!!:)

    dunno about the diff between blue and green reps, but you can only tell who gave it to you if they choose to say so in their comments :D

    I think, but may be wrong, blue rep is when a 'newbie' with no rep themselves reps you....the green is from people who already have rep

    When I was on the diet I went through a period of 3 days of not being able to go to the toilet. (number 2)

    I remember wanting to go, painfully having the feeling to go, but not being able to go. I didn't worry about it as i thought it was a man thing. ( I dont know why)

    I eventually went and what a relief.:rolleyes:

    This was the only time I had experienced it. I had plenty of water all through my diet, if anything I had to much.

    poop!

    now, i did the ol' cd this time last year and lost two stone, but then managed to put it all back on again-university and drinking etc. Im now back on it and i think i must have the cleanest colon ever, whilst not on the diet i would go for a couple of number two's a day and now that i am on the diet i just have my regular 10pm one. I hope that this is normal.

    I am not very regular while on CD, Every 2/3 days, sometimes even longer, I find if I drink too much water, it doesnt agree with me either..

    Think I need another colonic to empty me out, I always feel bloated lately.. :rolleyes:

    I only went about once a week when I was ss and then it was like a chore!!! Dont worry too much about it Im going up the plans at the mo and am going every day which is more than I used to before xxx
