I think so... you could always try adding 2 teaspoons of fibre89 or psyllium husks a day...
Then again, mine are like water at the moment, I think its because I'm taking anti-inflammatory drugs and fibre89 at the mo.. Doing a process of elimination (how appropriate, LOL) by not taking the fibre, and if it doesn't help, then I'm going to reduce my anti-inflammatories...
