Poo

I think so... you could always try adding 2 teaspoons of fibre89 or psyllium husks a day...

Then again, mine are like water at the moment, I think its because I'm taking anti-inflammatory drugs and fibre89 at the mo.. Doing a process of elimination (how appropriate, LOL) by not taking the fibre, and if it doesn't help, then I'm going to reduce my anti-inflammatories...

Hi lardass,

I take the fibre 89 and Debbie swears by psyllium husks, also you need extra water when taken both, but they do help move it along nicely and I find myself a brisk walk for 15 to 20 minutes at your own brisk rate, not someone else's, does wonders.

Hiya Hun, I have exactly the same problem with the maltesers!!!! If you browse the "ask a question thread" you'll see one I put on a couple of weeks ago, I got some great answers with regards to toilet habits and Ive never looked back!
Just as long as you are going a little then it is moving!

Like a moth to a light, I am drawn to any topic with the word Poo in it. And a topic with only one word and it being Poo is even better :D

The key thing is, providing you are regular, it shouldn't be a problem. Unless you feel like you should be doing more (ie you are uncomfortable), I would just carry on as you are. If in doubt, try one of the remedies until you find one you are comfortable with.

Think of the time saved each day in the bathroom. ;)

Brad - we are women, we go in, do what we have to do and leave. It is a man thing to sit there forever - even my son used to sit on the potty for hours (and does so now with the toilet) neither of my girls are like that!

Honestly!
