I am doing my first week on WW and I know it's a bad idea, but I stepped on the scales this morning and I think I'll be lucky to have lost even a pound this week. I was doing slimming world until a few weeks ago and since I stopped going I'd gained 5lb due to eating far too much junk and so I expected a big loss. I feel really disappointed and I'm wondering if it's due to eating cereals and bread as these things aren't allowed freely on slimming world? I've been watching portion sizes too and definitely eating less than I did on SW. I just want to prepare myself in case I'm not happy when I get on the scales tomorrow night. Did anyone else not have a good loss their first week and go on to have a bigger one the following week? Thankyou!
