Not too sure about this so thought I would as you wise people
Popadoms in the SW book are 4 syns, now is this because they are fried in oil?
I have always made my own ones at home by spraying/sprinkling with water and sticking in the micro for 20-30 sec.
They come out all puffed up but without any grease!!
So what sort of syn value would they have?
